Ghost town

this blog has gone downhill. when i check it, its like walking through a creepy ghost town. so, you guys have until october to comment. i dont care who comments, it could be the OWNER, for all i care. but if nobody comments by then, DCP is going to go vacant. sorry, but we could all see it coming :'-(

Letter

I sent a letter to AJHQ. letter, not an email, because you get a special plaque ;) here's what it says: September 3 2012 National geographic Society, and Animal Jam Head Quarters P.O. box 98199 Washington, D.C. 20090-8199 Dear National Geographic Society and Animal Jam headquarters, With all due respect, I firmly believe that you should discontinue the members-only item flat heated rock in the Pet den item shop in the Paws n' Claws area in Appondale in your popular online game Animal Jam. As you know, there are three pages in the Pet den item shop. One for snakes, one for ducks, and one for dogs. The flat heated rock is on the page that has snake themed items, therefore suggesting that the heated rock is for pet snakes. Along with many other items in the pet shop, the heated rocks are available in real life for real pet snakes and lizards. Except, they are strongly discouraged by professionals because snakes and lizards cannot pick up the heat waves in their brains, and do not realize that they are injuring themselves. The heat from the rocks heats up their stomachs enough that they can literally cook them, generally ending in death. I understand that the pets in Animal Jam cannot die, but it might encourage players to buy them for their real pets, and possibly killing them. Either way, heated rocks are not safe and strongly discouraged, so I might recommend discontinuing the item from the game, for the safety of virtual pets and real ones. Thank you for your time. Well, even though nobody even probably reads the blog anymore, here's the full update.... first off, as darling said, FOXES! yay! all the members have them... BUT, thats ok for me cuz im getting my membership back! yay-er! next, we're getting turtles in two weeks, as pets. again, members, sorry nonmems :-/ finally, something for all, a new painting tool. instead of just choosing a color to fill stuff in with, you actually DRAW now :) its in peck's place in coral canyons. next up, we have the new "den depot" also in coral canyons. this is obviously members, sense non members can only have one den :( also new, there's a new "my settings" list up in the corner of your screen. very helpful, if u ask me. that reminds me, there's also a TON more messages from AJHQ, and u can read the most recent one on your settings. now, u guys remember the gem donating that nobody ever posted about? well, if you don't, you get to donate any amount of gems, and say type of animal you want to have on AJ. now we've donated over 50,000,000 gems!! if we reach our goal of twice that, monkeys come back! awesome, right? the costume corner is the same, and most of the items are members-only... dont forget about the hummingbird membership pack (no, im not getting this one. im getting the lion, hehehe) and the july members gift, the waterfall "nature archway" thingy. that's all, folks! ~~FIFI~~

I just noticed the new AJ log in screen has been improved and animated! it now shows the appondale animals-none originals! but if you hit refresh it will send you back to the original one with the original animals. i think this is cool because it is animated X3
